中文摘要采用Motorola公司的混合型16位数字信号处理器DSP56F805建立了基于双数字信号处理(DSP)的脉冲变极性弧焊逆变电源全数字化控制系统。利用DSP内部集成的脉冲控制调制(PWM)模块,通过选择合理的工作模式实现了一次逆变PWM脉冲和二次逆变极性变换控制信号的直接数字化控制。A/D采样与PWM的同步避免了开关过程中的电压、电流尖峰干扰,提高了控制系统的工作稳定性和可靠性,实现了中频变极性和低频脉冲复合控制的变极性输出焊接电流波形,为提高TIG焊接工艺质量奠定了基础。; A full-digitized control system,which is used for inverter typed arc welding power supply with pulsating variable polarity output,was established based on dual DSPs,Motorola 16-bit hybrid digital signal processor DSP56F805.By adopting the PWM modules integrated in DSP56F805 and selecting their reasonable working mode,the direct digitized control of the PWM control pulse for the primary inverter and the polarity counterchange control signal for the secondary inverter was realized.The A/D sampling is synchronized with the PWM control pulse,thus the disturbance of surge voltage and current during switching transition is avoided.All of these measures enhance the stability and reliability of digital control system.Eventually,the welding current output waveform with pulsating variable polarity,which is the combination of mid-frequency variable polarity output and low-frequency pulse output,was realized.This establishes the foundation for improving the welding quality of TIG welding.
