中文摘要针对近5年内在分析化学领域出现的微量样品预处理新技术(包括纤维管内固相微萃取、中空膜萃取、动态三相微萃取等),根据分离机理分成两大类,从原理、仪器装置和应用等方面作一综述。; Modern trace sample pre-treatment techniques reported in the last five years,such as in-tube solid-phase microextraction,hollow fiber membrane extraction,dynamic three-phase microextraction etc.,were reviewed.Based on the separation mechanisms,these techniques were classified into solid-phase mi-croextraction and membrane extraction.The theory,instrumentation and applications of these techniques cou-pled with capillary column liquid chromatography and capillary electrophoresis were introduced in detail.
