中文摘要为满足摩托车研究开发和法规检测排放试验的要求,开发了摩托车排放转鼓试验台主控计算机系统。硬件采用工业控制计算机、数据采集接口卡和通讯接口卡;软件采用虚拟仪器开发平台开发。系统实现了摩托车定容采样试验、连续稀释采样试验和直接采样试验的数据采集、设备控制及数据处理。实车试验表明:该系统可靠性好、功能全面且便于扩展。; To meet the requirements of the motorcycle research and development and their emission regulation tests,a host computer system for the motorcycle emission chassis dynamometer was developed.The hardware integration was achieved with an industrial control computer,a data acquisition card and a communication card.The software was developed with the virtual instrument engineering workbench.The data acquisition,the device control and the data processing were realized for the CVS sampling test,the continuous dilution sampling test and the direct sampling test.The system was proved to be reliable,universal and extendible by tests in practice.
