中文摘要湍流效应在火焰合成纳米TiO_2颗粒工业化规模放大中具有重要影响。本文基于一种内加环形旋流片的弱旋火焰开展了合成TiO_2纳米颗粒的实验研究。对于内径12 mm管式燃烧器,加入旋片后火焰贫燃极限大幅度降低16%~33%,火焰高度也从9.0 cm减少到3.0 cm,焰区温度约减少20%~30%。研究表明,弱旋湍流火焰具有流速大、可燃当量比低和温度低的特点,使其相对无旋火焰可以合成粒径较小、烧结程度较低的TiO_2纳米颗粒。; Turbulence effect plays an important role in the scale-up and industrialization of flame aerosol processes,since most of lab-scale burners for flame synthesis of nano-particle operate in the laminar zone such as co-flow burner,flat-flame burner and counter-flow burner.In this paper,a low swirl burner (LSB) was firstly developed for the flame synthesis of TiO_2 nano-particles.The swirler section is comprised of an annular vane section along the inside wall of the tubular burner (i.d.12 ram) and a central bypass into a smaller vertical tube with a perforated screen.The LSB can access a remarkably wide range of stable operating conditions,which reduces the lean flammability limit by 16%~33% compared to the normal Bunsen flame without the swirler.The flame height and the temperature of low-swirl turbulent flame are both decreased.TEM results indicate that,the size of TiO_2 particle from low-swirl flame is about 20 nm and less aggregated,while that from Bunsen flame without the swirler is about 50 nm and more aggregated.
