中文摘要	A series of femoral head with necrotic models were built using 3D reconstruction from MRI images, and the volume of osteonecrosis was quantified. 38 direct anatomical measurements of the femoral heads were conducted at the same time. Quantitative analysis of lesion morphology demonstrated that lesion volume was strongly correlated with risk of collapse. The stress distribution in the femoral head with necrotic was analyzed using a 3-dimensional finite element model under 15 different conditions, the analysis was also consistent with the prediction. The proposed method provided an effective way to choose an optimal therapy.
