中文摘要The dynamic stepping motion of a hydraulic cylinder for the control rod hydraulic drive mechanism (CRHDM) was tested experimentally. The structural characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder were used to analyze the stepping motion mechanism and relate the loading to the dynamic process parameters. The results show that the peak in the step-up flow curve corresponds to the inflexion point in the dynamic pressure curve when the inside cylinder reaches the top and the additional flow induced by the step-up movement reaches a maximum. The peak in the step-down flow curve occurs when the inside cylinder reaches the bottom and the flow out of the cylinder caused by the step-down movement reaches a maximum. The results will facilitate analysis of the movement process and study of the flow resistance of the hydraulic cylinder seal structure.
