中文摘要In this paper, superplasticity of Ti-5Al-4Sn-2Zr-IMo-0.25Si-1Nd (Ti55) alloy has been studied. Samples were tested at temperature ranging from 900 degrees C to 1000 degrees C,and at strain rate ranging from 10(-4)s(-1) to 10(-2)s(-1). An elongation value over 540% was obtained at strain rate of 1.0 x 10(-4) s(-1) and 960 degrees C. Soft phase of Nd3Sn is formed because Nd is added into this alloy, during superplastic deformation, the soft Nd3Sn accommodates sliding strains to reduce the probability for cavity at grain triple junctions and, thus, delays the fracture process, and at the same time Nd3Sn is elongated.
