中文摘要 | Quantitative descriptions of linear features (dislocations and ledges) in crystalline interfaces are essential for understanding and simulating the microstructure evolution during a phase transformation proceeded through migrations of the interfaces. The structures of various linear features in interphase boundaries are examined in a rather systematic manner. An emphasis is placed on the references for the linear features, i.e. GMZs (good matching zones) for dislocations and terrace planes for the ledges. The references are used as bases for characterizing the linear features with quantitative descriptions, such as the Burgers vector, the geometry, and the possible long-range strain field. The role of the interfacial structures in determining the orientation relationship between two phases and the morphology of the product phase is reviewed. Unlike the terrace-ledge-kink (TLK) structure in a crystal surface, the TLK structures in an interface do not necessarily match with each other. A detailed analysis of various TLK structures is provided. |
