中文摘要LiNO/sub 3/-doped TiO/sub 2/ thin films on glass-ceramics were prepared by sol-gel dip coating. The influence of LiNO/sub 3/ addition on the phase transformation temperature was studied. The transformation temperatures of non-crystalline to anatase and anatase to rutile are originally 520 degrees C and 880 degrees C without the addition of LiNO/sub 3/. By adding 5% LiNO/sub 3/ the two transformation temperatures decrease to 440 degrees C and 580 degrees C, respectively. The average size of the particles was found to be around 40 nm for the LiNO/sub 3/-doped TiO/sub 2/ film annealed at 600 degrees C.
