英文摘要 | Subchondral bone sclerosis leads to cartilage damage in osteoarthritis (OA). However, treatment with antiresorptive drugs attenuates OA cartilage erosions, suggesting that bone sclerosis may be accompanied by bone loss in OA. Thus, we aimed to evaluate trabecular plate and rod microstructural changes in subchondral bone based on the individual trabecula segmentation (ITS) technique and corresponding mechanical properties in human OA knees. |
