英文摘要 | In this study, we evaluated the three dimensional (3D) high resolution multi-contrast black blood vessel wall imaging technique for joint intra- and extracranial artery wall imaging in 8 stroke patients. The new technique could suppress blood signal and CSF fluid simultaneously, providing adequate image quality in both intra- and extracranial segments. 8 plaques were identified using multi-contrast sequences and two of them had intraplaque hemorrhage. These 3D multi-contrast large coverage black blood techniques can be used as a promising tool to screen plaque distribution and would further promote our understanding on the association between atherosclerotic plaques and ischemic stroke. |
