英文摘要 | In recent years, the prevalence of hypertension in China increases continuously, and hypertension has become the first risk factor of the total death of Chinese population. At the same time, with the progression of hypertension condition, it may induces stroke, coronary heart disease, kidney failure and other severe complications, endangering the safety of life and property seriously. However, in China, hypertension patients have "three low" - low awareness rate, low treatment rate and low control rate, thus analyzing the significant risk factors and pathogenesis has certain clinical significance for prevention and treatment of complications of hypertension. In this paper, we screen approximately 2.2 million copies of hypertensive patients from medical information management platform, analyzing the risk factors by General Linear Model, selecting the factors of high significance for statistical analysis. |
