英文摘要 | As giant cell tumor of bone (GCT) potential recurrent and chemotherapeutic unresponsive systemic toxicity, there is pressing need to develop an effective, no-toxic adjuvant therapy. P-chitosan is known to increase osteoblastic activity and S-chitosan can inhibit the activities of giant cell tumor of bone; so we developed a novel bone repair materials incorporating P- and S-chitosan, and tested osteointegrative properties of the materials with a standard ulna bone defect model. Methods: A rapid prototyping machine was used to fabricate PLGA/TCP/P-chitosan (P) and PLGA/TCP/S-chitosan (S) scaffolds. |
