英文摘要 | Reduced graphene oxide-BaTiO3 (RGO-BT) hybrids were successfully fabricated by using a hydrothermal reaction followed by an in situ thermal reduction of graphene oxide. RGO-BaTiO3/PVDF (RGO-BT/PVDF) three-phase composites were prepared by simple blending and hot pressing. Dielectric performance of the composites with varied RGO-BT loading amounts was investigated. The RGO-BT/PVDF composites exhibited higher dielectric constant than that of pure PVDF while keeping low dielectric loss. The dielectric constant of the composites with 40wt% RGO-BT was 20 and the dielectric loss was 0.054 (20 oC, 1KHz). |
