英文摘要A simple and green method was developed for the biosynthesis of silver chloride nanoparticles, free from silver nanoparticles, using polysaccharide-based bioflocculant of a diazotrophic rhizobacteria Bradyrhizobium japonicum 36 strain. The synthesized silver chloride nanoparticles were characterized by UV-vis, XRD, FT-IR and TEM. The concentration-dependent and controllable method for silver chloride nanoparticles was developed. The biosynthesized silver chloride nanoparticles exhibited strong antimicrobial activity towards pathogenic microorganisms such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. The synthesized silver chloride nanoparticles can be exploited as a promising new biocide bionanocomposite against pathogenic microorganisms.
