中文摘要 | The swing arm profilometer (SAP) realizes the measurement of the different surface shape by adjusting the axis of the arm bearing (AAB) and the axis of the worktable bearing (AWB) for different spatial positional relationships, so the positional relationship that has the high-accuracy calibration between the AAB and the AWB is the premise to obtain accurate result. This paper presents a way using the four-based laser trackers to calibrate the axes of the SAP ,that satisfies the requirement of the high precision and the dynamic calibration. The four-based laser trackers system only uses the precise distances to obtain the coordinates of points. The axes can be fitted by the coordinates of points in the rotate arcs, and the relationship between the axes can be known. The study of the measurement error caused by the deviation of the calibration ,the study of the self-calibration of the four-based laser trackers and the simulation of the measurement are included in this paper. © 2015 SPIE. |
