中文摘要压力源与主观幸福感、希望感的关系研究 中文摘要 国有企业在中国经济中占有重要的地位,近几十年来,随着国企改革的深化,国企职工的地位也随之发生了翻天覆地的变化。这一巨大变化可能导致国企职工压力源增多从而影响到他们的心理健康状况,对国企职工这一庞大的社会群体来说这是一个非常值得关注的问题。为此,国企职工压力源量表的编制工作就尤为重要,在此基础上探讨国企职工压力源与主观幸福感、希望感等心理健康指标之间的关系也具有时代意义。 本研究以6300名国企职工为研究对象,编制了国企职工压力源量表,分析了国企职工的压力源现状特点,并在此基础上系统考察了压力源与希望感、主观幸福感的关系。主要结论如下: 首先,本研究编制的国企业职工压力源量表包括4个因子:家庭压力源、工作压力源、人际压力源和发展压力源,各项指标基本符合统计学要求。 其次,国企职工的压力源现状如下:家庭压力源方面,女性、相对年轻、短工龄、低收入和低教育水平是与更大压力相关的高危因子。工作压力源和人际压力源方面,高学历职工低于低学历职工。发展压力源在这些人口学变量上都无显著差异。总体压力源上,低收入和低教育水平是高危因子。 第三,压力源对主观幸福感、希望感都具有显著负向预测作用。希望感在压力源与主观幸福感关系中起调节作用。
英文摘要The Study of the Relationship between Stressors, Subjective Well-being and Hope Wang Liguo Directed by Prof. Gao Wenbin Abstract It is widely acknowledged that the state-owned enterprises occupy an important position in China economy, During the last few decades, along with the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,the social status of their staffs changed a lot. These striking changes may result in the increase of stressors of the state-owned enterprises staffs, which may affect their mental health. As the staff of the state-owned enterprises makes up a large proportion of the society, the above mentioned phenomenon becomes noteworthy. Therefore, it is of profound significance to construct a state-owned enterprise staff’s stressor scale under the China environment. Based on this, it is also necessary to explore the relationship between stressors and mental health indexes such as subjective well-being and hope of the state-owned enterprise staffs. Taking a sample of 6300 state-owned enterprise staffs as participants, this study constructed the state-owned enterprise staff’s stressor scale. On the base of this scale, we analyzed the present situation of stressors of state-owned enterprise staffs. Furthermore, the relationships between stressors, subjective well-being and hope of the young workers in the state-owned enterprises were explored. Main conclusions are as following: First, this study constructed the state-owned enterprise worker’s stressor scale which consisted of four factors: family stressor, job stressor, interpersonal stressor, and development stressor. The scale’s indexes basically met the requirements of statistics. Second, the present situations of state-owned enterprises’ young workers’ stressors were as following: As regarding the family stressor, female, younger age, short seniority, low-income and low education were risk factors which were related to more stressors. For the job and interpersonal stressor, workers with high education scored lower than those with low education. For development stressor, there were no significant differences among those demographic variables. For the overall stressor, low-income and low education level were risk factors. Third, Stressors negatively predict subjective well-being and hope. Besides, hope regulated the relationship between stressors and subjective well-being.
