中文摘要蒸发冷却变压器是一种以氟碳化合物作为其主要的绝缘和冷却介质的电力变压器,它具有不燃防爆、环保性能好、损耗低等特点,在我国大规模的城市电网改造中具有广阔的应用前景。 蒸发冷却变压器在运行过程中,可能会发生诸如局部过热、电弧放电等故障,这些将威胁到变压器的安全运行。对于充油变压器,利用气相色谱法检测油中溶解气体进行内部故障判断的方法,已在电力行业中得到了广泛地应用。本文尝试建立一种基于故障产物分析的蒸发冷却变压器内部故障诊断方法,并对该方法是否适宜于蒸发冷却变压器进行了研究。 本文第一章对国内外有关基于故障产物分析来判断充油变压器、气体绝缘设备、蒸发冷却变压器的故障诊断方法的研究进行了调研,尤其针对目前比较成熟的充油变压器的故障诊断方法的确立过程进行了调研,之后阐述了我们的研究方法。 第二章,介绍了气相色谱方法和质谱分析方法,并对出厂的新的氟碳介质进行了定性分析,为以后的研究打下基础。 第三章和第四章,分别参考充油变压器常见的局部过热故障和电弧放电故障,对蒸发冷却介质建立了过热故障和电弧故障模拟模型,对故障产物进行了定性分析和定量分析,并探索了故障产物产生的一般规律。 第五章,归纳综合模拟故障的实验数据,提出了一个简单的区分过热故障和电弧放电故障的判别方法。 Evaporative cooling transformer, which is a new kind of power transmission and distribution equipment with perfluorocarbon as coolant and dielectric, is under research and development. During the large-scale reconstruction of urban power network, the evaporative cooling transformers may be widely used for their nonflammable, non-explosive, moistureproof, environmental friendly and low loss properties. In operation of the evaporative cooling transformers, faults as local overheating and arc discharge may occur, which will be harmful for the operation safety of the equipments. For oil-filled transformers in power industry, dissolved gas analysis (DGA) with gas chromatograph is applied as an efficient tool for their routine monitoring and fault diagnosis. In this paper the author did some research on the faults diagnosis method in evaporative cooling transformers by decomposition product analysis of perfluorocarbon with gas chromatograph. This paper presents the research development of fault diagnosis based on decomposition product analysis for oil-filled transformers, gas-insulated transformers and evaporative transformers, particularly the establishment process of the mature DGA system for mineral oil. Our research method is described as well. The paper introduces the gas chromatography and mass spectrometry, and discusses the results of qualitative analysis of perfluorocarbon, which lays the foundation for further study. Compared to the common local overheating and arc discharge faults in oil-filled transformers, the local overheating and arc discharge simulating model for evaporative coolant were designed respectively. Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the decomposition products after faults simulation were carried out and the general law of the decomposition of perfluorocarbon was explored. Finally,a simple fault diagnosis method to distinguish between overheating and arc discharge is presented based on the comprehensive analysis of the experimental data.
