中文摘要n值是超导体由超导态向正常态转变特性的一个重要参数,在超导装置的设计中具有重要意义。对于高温超导体,由于n值较低,使得n值的研究显得更为重要。 本文从电流电压幂指数模型的超导带材磁滞损耗的理论和测量原理出发,结合超导带材交流损耗电测法,得出超导带材的n值可以由交变磁场中的超导带材磁滞损耗电压和交变磁场拟合得到。在测量过程中交变磁场必须低于带材穿透磁场;磁场需要保持在低频(200Hz以下)以减少基材的涡流损耗和超导芯间的耦合损耗对测量损耗电压的影响。 基于n值非接触测量理论,研制了一套超导带材n值非接触测量装置。该装置主要包括为超导带材提供交变磁场的装置,即交流线圈及其供电回路;磁滞损耗电压检测装置,即探测线圈、补偿线圈、锁相放大器、数字电压表等组成的信号采集电路;系统软件,即对交变磁场的控制、磁滞损耗电压信号的采集、n值的计算及人机交互界面等。 在液氮环境下,利用所研制的n值非接触测量装置测量了Bi系长超导带材的n值分布,并与标准四引线测量结果进行比较,实验结果表明非接触测量装置的测量结果在一定误差范围内准确可信。 Index number n value of superconducting tape is an important parameter to describe the E-I characteristic which is widely used indesign of superconducting device. Particular in high-temperature superconducting tape, it is of much more significant since its low n value. Combining AC loss theory and mesurement principle based on the exponential model of superconductor with magnetic measurement method of AC losses, this paper described a contact-free method to measure the n value by measuring AC magnetic field and hysteretic loss voltage component of superconducting tape. Analytical results indicate that AC magnetic field should be below the penetration magnetic field of superconducting tape and frequency of magnetic field should be low (200Hz)enough in order to reduce the influence of eddy current loss in metal matrix and coupling loss among superconducting filaments and the matrix. This paper focuses on R&D a contact-free mesaurement device of superconducting tape’s n value. The device, provides AC magnetic field for superconducting tapes, mainly includes AC coil, the corresponding AC power, the device of detecting hysteretic loss voltage component of superconducting tape including pick-up coil, compensation coil, lock-in amplifier and digital voltmeter. The last part is the developed software which is used to control the AC magnetic field, collect hysteretic loss voltage and constitute the man-machine interface. In liquid nitrogen environment, n value’s distribution in a relative long Bi2223/Ag tape was measured using this contact-free method. The experimental results were compared with those in the conventional four-probe method which indicated that the result was relable in certain range of error.
