中文摘要目前在我国西部已建成上千座独立光伏和风光互补电站,总容量达20MWp,使中国全部乡所在地都供了电。然而由于设计原因和资金问题,目前已经建成的光伏电站绝大部分没有装设数据监测系统,无法对电站运行情况进行实时监测和分析,也就不能详实了解由于设计、管理及环境变化等原因对电站运行造成的影响。以工控机为主体的电站数据监测系统,由于不便携带和成本昂贵等原因,不适于边远地区独立光伏电站的数据监测。 本文针对离网电站的实时监测和分析的需求,介绍了一种独立光伏或风光互补电站的数据监测系统的研究结果。该系统采用模块化设计,包括信号采集、DSP信号处理和ARM处理平台三部分。其便于携带,成本低和能耗小的特点,能满足边远地区光伏或风光互补独立电站的实时监测要求。 本文完成的主要工作有: 1) 独立光伏电站数据检测系统的整体功能设计。 2) 传感器选择,信号采集,DSP信号处理和ARM处理平台的软硬件设计。 3) 分析小型试验独立光伏电站的测量数据,并讨论数据采集系统在试验中出现的相关问题。 4) 讨论试验中存在的误差和其原因,并提出改进方法。 本套监测系统通过了实验室的运行和测试,监测系统能够正常运行,准确的采集数据,达到了预期的设计要求 So far, more then 0ne thousand stand-alone PV power plants and wind-solar hybrid power systems were built in rural areas of the western China by the SDDX program. However most of them were not been equipped with monitoring system due to reasons, therefore the operation status of these systems could not be monitored and analyzed in real time, in consequence the performance and management could not be evaluated properly. The data monitoring device which bases on industrial computer actually is not quite fit for the monitoring of off-grid system, as it is not portable and high cost. In this paper, a new monitoring device for off-grid PV system is introduced, the design is based on embedded system. The related experiment results are also introduced. This device adopts modularization design which includes signal collecting, DSP signal processing and ARM processing platform. It meets the requirements of real-time monitoring for stand-alone PV power plants, as it features portable, lower cost and low energy consumption. In this paper, the work was carried out as follows: 1) Integrated function design of a Data monitoring system for stand-alone PV power plant. 2) Selection of sensors, design and implement of hardware and software for signal collecting, DSP signal processing and ARM processing platform. 3) Analyses measuring data of stand-alone PV power system in Lab and discussion of the problem of the data acquisition system. 4) Discussion of the rate of measuring errors and improved method. The monitoring system passes running and testing in Lab, it can run smoothly and collect data correctly. It achieved the targets of the design.
