英文摘要	In this paper, we give the dynamical description of the EMC effect with parton evolution model (PEM), and calculate the ratios of the average nuclear structure functions of nuclei C-12, Fe-56, Cu-64 and Sn-116 to the deuteron structure function by considering the shadowing effect and Fermi motion correction with nuclear momentum conservation.
